Ghosh it`s so darn cold here!!! I actually woke up cold! how bad is that??? I have also found more evidence that the japanese are basically the british of asia....You go out..there I am wrapped up warm..and the girls are wearing skirts and stockings to school!!! all the kids today at my third school were in shorts and t-shirts!!! wtf???? here I thought it was only english people that seemed to have some genetic advantage over the rest of us mere mortals when it came to facing the cold (just go out to town on a cold winters saturday night..and watch all those english people in their mini skirts..or the boys in their t-shirts...). But no. Apparently there is another nation that is hardcore. We should steal some english and some japanese people and compare their DNA..find the similarities and then mutate the genes of every baby that is born from then on...tough with global warming hitting us we might actually not need that.

Anyway..I diverge. the third school today was also in a beautiful location...the english room has a view out to the sea..it`s absolutley gorgeous..and made me feel homesick. the kids were.....interesting..a few them were lovely..but these classes couldn`t be bothered much..and just played aoround the whole time...I am not looking forward to teaching them. Though the teachers were all lovely..really nice! I actually understood quite a lot that they were saying during lunch..and we chatted a bit..I used some broken japanese...it felt good! I had to go to my second school halfway through for a meeting. As I said before the board of ed is coming on tuesday..I have a feeling everyone is very nervous about that, so we had a meeting on the exact plan of the lesson...ghosh...scary. The Principal was lovely though and was joking around with me, he did a little picture of me to post the news of the new ALT in the schools newsletter...lol he was very proud of it. I really like him!

I got to go home early which was nice, and went off to the big store to get another blanket..because it`s wayyy too cold..and I really wanted that stitch (lilo and stitch) blanket!!! (I am such a freak....). I have to get up even earlier tomorrow..to be in school extra specially early for some meeting...argh....well at least friday there is a music festival, so i don`t actually have to teach! yaaay!
